Taste Tum

Next is Tum for Balinese dishes.
Tum is made of various spices and encased with banana leaf then steamed for two hours. Tum is served to accompany nasi putih (steamed rice), we have to peel the banana leaf first before we can enjoy the spicy Tum.
This is also a must to taste Balinese cuisine along with pig suckling, Lawar, Jukur Ares and others.
